Herbal Consults
Anna Booth Cohen offers herbal consults, hands-on energy work, experiential workshops, and handmade herbal glycerites, tinctures, oils, essences, salves, and teas.
Herbal consults may take place in person* in Providence, RI, by phone, or by Zoom.
Consults mainly consist of conversation as Anna works together with her clients to understand their health history, current state of being, and intentions. Anna provides lifestyle recommendations, suggestions of herbal allies, and custom-blended herbal supplements to support clients' physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.
After an initial, full herbal consult, clients may schedule shorter integration sessions to discuss their experience working the suggested allies and practices and receive guidance in fully integrating the work into their daily lives. Clients may book full herbal consults as often as they like, and as many integration sessions as they like.
For deep work, Anna recommends one herbal consult per year, followed by an integration sessions 1-2 weeks later, and follow up integration sessions once every 2-3 months.
Energy work sessions are a deeply relaxing, nurturing experience combining healing touch, guided Reiki life force energy, and energetic plant and crystal support. Anna uses heart-based intuitive perception, plant spirit connection, and deep compassion to create a container for balance, health, and renewal.
Herbal Consult (90-120 minutes) - $120

Consult Follow-Up Session (30 Minutes) - $45
*Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all Consult Integration Sessions are currently offered via phone or Zoom
Energy Work (60 minutes) - $90
*Please note: Energy work sessions are offered in-person, and are temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. They will resume when it is safe to do so.
